Method- Steps to make Paneer Paratha Recipe
Seive the flour and add 1 desert spoon salt, 2 desert spoon oil and knead it with luke tepid to warm water.
Inside a separate bowl grate the paneer and add eco-friendly chilli, ginger root, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt directly into it and blend them well. The paneer mixture is able to stuff the paranthas.
Now have a small area of the dough (comparable to how big a lemon) making a ball from this. Dust it with dry flour and roll it into 3 inch disc. Place the 2 desert spoon paneer mixture around the disc, spread it evenly around the roll and fold the disc in the edges. Roll it again with the aid of the flour dust into 6-7 inches disc.
Heat the pan and set the parantha onto it. Apply Ghee around the both sides and pour some around the corners. Continue turning the edges until it turns brown from both sides. Prepare all of the Paranthas very much the same. Spread the serviette around the plate before putting the parantha onto it.
Serve the new crispy Stuffed Paneer Paranthas with Aloo Matar Recipe, Curd, Chutney or Pickle.
