Ingredients for Onion Paratha :
2-3 Onions (Pyaz)
2 table-spoon coriander leaves, finely chopped (dhaniya patti)
1 table-spoon, grated ginger root (adrak)
1 Eco-friendly Chilly, finely chopped (Hari Mirch)
1/2 t-spoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 t-spoon red chili powder (Lal Mirch)
1 t-spoon butter or ghee for every paratha
Salt to taste
Steps to make Onion Paratha :
- Peel Onions and chop them very fine.
- Have a large bowl and add all of the ingredients (except butter) towards the bowl and blend Onion correctly with the ingredients.
- Knead dough with wheat flour and water.
- Now, have a small dough and roll it right into a small chapati. Spread a little bit of ghee on the top of chapati and put appropriate quantity of Onion mixture on the top of chapati.
- Now, gather all of the edges from the chapati with Onion mixture within it to some round peda. Now, unveil the peda into appropriate size Onion paratha in a way that it shouldn't get damaged everywhere.
- On the preheated griddle or tawa, roast Onion parantha from each side by turning it many occasions and distributing butter or ghee to the surface. Roast it on medium heat till both sides will get brown patches and also the paratha will get correctly cooked from the inside.
