- Approximately. 3 lbs. Pork Backribs
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
- Coca-Cola – use of the 12 oz. can
- teaspoon. Salt
- teaspoon. Pepper
- Cut Rib rack in two
- Sprinkle ribs with Pepper and salt, then devote Crockpot.
- Combine BBQ Sauce and Coke in bowl, mix well, reserve ½ cup, then pour all sauce over ribs in Crockpot.
- Cover Crockpot with lid and prepare on HIGH for 4 hrs, or LOW for 8 hrs, or until done. Top with all sauce and revel in!!
- Optional: spoon sauce from Slow Cooker over ribs 1-2 occasions while cooking to help keep extra moist.
