Ingredientes

  • 1 pea de 4 kg de costela de boi
  • 6 dentes de alho, fatiados
  • Sal e pimenta-do-reino moda na hora a gosto
  • 8 colheres (sopa) de mostarda de dijon

Modo de preparo
Preparo: ten mins › Cozimento: 2 horas half an hour › Pronto em: 2 horas 40 mins

  1. Preaquea o forno a 260 C (bem quente).
  2. Com uma faca pequena, faa vrios furos na carne. Em cada furo coloque um pedao do alho fatiado. Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta. Em seguida, espalhe a mostarda por toda a carne. Ponha a costela em uma assadeira e cubra.
  3. Asse por 60 minutos no forno preaquecido. Desligue o forno e mantenha-o fechado por 90 minutos. No abra o forno neste perodo. A temperatura interna da carne deve variar entre 60 C para carne mal-passada e 68 C para carne ao ponto.

a principio fiquei com receio de fazer essa receita, mais fiz e adorei s uma dica que fiz no meu coloquei mais um pouco de sal e caldo de carne e ao invs de colocar pimenta do reino coloquei pimenta calabresa..e deixei um pouco mais no forno. adorei e recomendo. - 24 marly 2014
