Setiap kali kalau dapat rembat udang besar sket kat pasar mesti nak buat Butter Prawn. Tapi kali ni, K.Nor ubah haluan sket, K.Nor nak try resipi yg dari Zila4ever ni yg asalnya merupakan KETAM GORENG TELUR MASIN. Dah lama simpan resipi Zila ni tp mmg tak aim pun nak buat guna ketam, almaklum ler, nak makan/perisi ketam tu amik masa dan leceh sket. Tambah lagi time berbuka tak leh nak main2 dgn masa. Jadi K.Nor ubahsuai atau nama lainnya olah resipi Zila yg menggunakan ketam ni kepada udang. Maaf Zila. Jgn marah ya. apapun, mmg best masakan ni. Bahan2 yg digunakan dan kaedah memasaknya seakan Butter Prawn cuma part jurai2 telur tu digantikan dgn telur masin yg dihancurkan. Memang tasty sungguh bila dimakan dgn nasi panas2. Mekasih Zila, mmg sedap.

Bahan2:
350 gm udang
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
minyak


3 sudu besar butter
3 biji bwg putih - di cincang
9 - 10 bj cili padi

dihiris serong
2 tangkai daun kari
1 biji telur masin + 1 bj kuning telur

direbus hingga masak
1 sudu kecil gula
5 sudu besar susu segar

Cara:
Asingkan telur masin dari kulit dan hancurkan. Ketepikan.
Udang dibersihkan dan digaul dgn garam dan serbuk kunyit.
Goreng sekejap sehingga udang berubah warna. Angkat dan ketepikan (buangkan semua lebihan minyak)
Panaskan butter dlm kuali kemudian tumis bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari.
Panaskan kuali masukkan butter, tumis bawang putih,daun kari dan cili padi hingga wangi dan masukkan telur masin yg dihancurkan tadi.
Kemudian masukkan susu segar dan gula. (tak perlu letak garam sbb dah ada rasa masin dr telur masin)
Kacau rata dan masukkan udang. Kacau lagi.
Masak seketika, kemudian bolehlah dihidangkan.
