1 chicken reduce 4 pieces.

1 teaspoon salt.
3 cups basmati grain.
1 tablespoon butter.
1 large onion, finely chopped.

I've been searchin with this recipe which appears is the just one online. However the grain I'd there in Makkah was different. The grain was yellow and incredibly aromatic and attractive. This recipe just like the ethnic one the grain aromatic and attractive. have you prepped this mixture spice within this recipe too or else you only use your personal spice.

for that yellow color. well they will use food coloring that we don't like to use within my food it's harmful to health ethnic recipe don't demand yellow color.
p.s:Many restaurant in Makkah operated by people from other countries so a lot of Saudi or gulf recipes will change not even close to the initial.
