Ingredients
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 eco-friendly onion, chopped
- 1/2 large carrot, chopped
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cabbage mind
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (suggested: Jane's Krazy Mixed-up salt)
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- two tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon white-colored vinegar
Directions
Utilizing a mixer, lightly process the bell pepper, onion, carrot, and parsley, fostering to not over process. Cut 1/2 from the cabbage into chunks and put within the mixer and process gently, ensuring the cabbage does not become mushy. Slice the rest of the cabbage thinly. Mix the cabbage along with the processed vegetables. Inside a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together and permit to face for any couple of minutes. Combine the mayonnaise mixture using the vegetables and toss. Chill for one hour.
