  • 1 colher (sopa) de azeite
  • 1 colher (sopa) de alho picado
  • 1 colher (sopa) de manjerico fresco picado
  • 1 colher (sopa) de alecrim fresco picado
  • 1 colher (sopa) de salsinha fresca picada
  • 1/2 colher (ch) de pimenta calabresa em flocos
  • 1/2 colher (ch) de sal
  • 4 batatas grandes sem casca, cortadas em cubos

Modo de preparo
Preparo: ten mins › Cozimento: 20 mins › Pronto em: half an hour

  1. Preaquea o forno em temperatura bem alta (250C).
  2. Misture todas as ervas e temperos numa tigela. Coloque a batata e misture bem at ficar bem revestida. Transfira para uma assadeira, distribuindo os pedaos em somente uma camada.
  3. Leve ao forno e asse por 20-30 minutos, virando de vez em quando, at dourar de todos os lados.
