PATATIM
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg. pork leg
- 4 computers. star anise
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of. hoisin sauce
- oyster sauce
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup grain wine
- 1 teaspoon. peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon. sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons of. corn starch
- 5 computers. bok choy
- 8 computers. dried shiitake mushroom, drenched in water
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Place pata inside a casserole, add water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, grain wine, brown sugar, pepper corns and produce to some boil.
- 2. Add some star anise and sesame oil. Simmer to have an hour, or until pork is tender.
- 3. Mix constarch in ¼ cup cold water, and increase the pot. still allow it to simmer until sauce thickens.
- 4. Blanch the bok choy in boiling water seasoned with salt.
- 5. For everyone, remove the pata and put them in the center of an amount dish, place by blanched bok choy around and pour the sauce within the pata and vegetables.
