PATATIM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg. pork leg
  • 4 computers. star anise
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of. hoisin sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup grain wine
  • 1 teaspoon. peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon. sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons of. corn starch
  • 5 computers. bok choy
  • 8 computers. dried shiitake mushroom, drenched in water

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Place pata inside a casserole, add water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, grain wine, brown sugar, pepper corns and produce to some boil.
  • 2. Add some star anise and sesame oil. Simmer to have an hour, or until pork is tender.
