INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (Pieces) 1 kg
Steamed Eggs 4
Steamed Chickpeas 375g
Fried Onions 2
Tomato plants 250g
Oil cup
Eco-friendly Chilies 6
Whole Pepper 1 teaspoon
Small Cardamoms 4
Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 2 teaspoon
Ginger root Garlic clove 1 tablespoons of
All Spice Powder 1 teaspoon
Eco-friendly Coriander as needed
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Finely Chopped Ginger root 50g

METHOD:
Inside a blender put 2 fried onions and 250g tomato plants and blend it. Heat 1 cup oil and add 1 kg chicken pieces and 1 tablespoons of ginger root garlic clove and prepare it correctly. Now add fried onions and tomato plants inside it. Include 1 teaspoon whole pepper, 4 small cardamoms, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon red chili powder and 1 teaspoon cumin and prepare it correctly.

Add 2 cup water and prepare it for half an hour. Now add 375g steamed chanay and prepare for ten to fifteen minutes more. Put 1 teaspoon all spice powder,4 steamed eggs, 6 eco-friendly chilies, eco-friendly coriander as needed and 50g finely chopped ginger root after which switch off the stove. Murgh Cholay are prepared.
