Ray the Cable Guy’s Beanie Weenie Casserole
Give this recipe a go at the next tailgate and that i dare you to definitely let me know it unsuccessful to impress! Extra napkins suggested.
1 package (16 ounces) all-meat hotdogs
3 cans (15-1/2 ounces) pork beans, drained
1/3 cup canned barbecue sauce
two tablespoons light-brown sugar
1 package (8.5 ounces) corn bread mix
Heat oven to 350 levels. Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Heat a sizable nonstick skillet over medium-high temperature. Add some hotdogs and prepare about 3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
Remove to some cutting board and reduce 1/2-inch pieces around the bias. Inside a large bowl, mix together hotdogs, beans, barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Spoon in to the prepared baking dish. Prepare corn bread following package directions, using milk and egg. Spread evenly over the top casserole. Bake for forty-five minutes or until bubbly.
