-een kop hele sterke koffie

Hou er rekening mee dat je alles op kamertemperatuur laat komen ,zeker de boter zodat je die zacht en mals hebt om te starten .Vergeet ook niet op voorhand de koffie te zetten zodat hij kan afkoelen tegen dat je hem moet gebruiken .Plaats de chocolade voor even tot hij zacht is within de microgolf oven .De boter (met een vork )platdrukken/roeren en de gesmolten chocolade eronder roeren .Als dit mooi egaal is ,kan je de bloemsuiker bijdoen (naar smaak ,sommige recepten zeggen evenveel als de boter ,andere zeggen weer de helft ervan maar ik neem eigenlijk maar een vierde van het gewicht van de boter, denk zelfs nog iets minder maar lik er maar eens aan en je proeft direct of het naar je smaak is ). Alles moet goed gemengd zijn .Neem enkele petit beurre koekjes en en dip ze in de koffie. maak ze niet te week en plaats ze op een schotel netjes naast elkaar .

Dan een laag van het botermengsel erop en terug een laag koekjes die goed in de koffie gedopt zijn en weer een laag boter ,

derde keer herhalen van de koekjes en de boter en bovenaan afwerken met muizenstrontjes

in de koelkast laten koelen en smullen maar .Want lekker is deze taart wel .Het werd bij mij thuis vroeger wel heel veel gemaakt en brengt ook weinig werk mee en is snel klaar. Zelf neem ik geen taartpunt ervan ,dat is me internet iets te zwaar maar versnij ze in kleine pralines en zal daar zo af en foot eens een stukje van nemen
