Phad Thai Noodles
A Thai favourite. These flat grain noodles are cooked and thrown with paneer, spring onion, bean sprouts, peanuts, garlic clove along with other spices. Consume the rest of the peanuts for any garnish. Tastes wonderful having a thai curry as accompaniment!

Makes 2 servings
1 1/2 cups steamed flat grain noodles
4 tablespoons of oil
1/2 tablespoons of chopped garlic clove (lehsun)
1 cup bean sprouts
3 tablespoons of roughly chopped roasted peanuts
1 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped spring onion vegetables
For That Garnish
2 tablespoons of chopped roasted peanuts
1 tablespoons of chopped spring onion vegetables
1 tablespoons of chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
1. Heat the oil inside a wok/kadhai add some garlic clove and saut for any couple of seconds.
2. Add some beans sprouts, noodles and peanuts, mix well and prepare on the high flame for two to three minutes, while stirring continuously.
3. Add some paneer, soya sauce, sugar, chilli powder, fresh lemon juice, salt and spring onion vegetables and prepare on the high flame for two to three minutes, while stirring continuously.
4. Serve hot garnished with peanuts, spring onion vegetables and coriander.
