Cuisinart 9 cup mixer Published by: Cookrh from: Princeton, NJ on I purchased this online and it was delighted by using it. The right size for any two person family. For bigger recipes it is so quick that you can do multiple batches easily. Solid construction. Everything clicks firmly into position. Stores easily with attachments within the vessel for any really small footprint around the counter. Chrome finish looks great and wipes easily. Fast, efficient, simple to use and incredibly simple to clean. Slices, chops, purees rapidly and uniformly. Haven't attempted it for pizza dough, yet.

The very best $35 dollar mixer available on the market Published by: GatoMacho from: on At $35 new a great mixer. Oh, you say you compensated $150, well I suppose you can state that Used to do too. But I must believe that I compensated $35 for that mixer and $115 for that little brand tag around the front. In the selling cost this really is no bargain. When i first recognized this after i tried to puree tomato plants. Even though you don't overfill it, it leaks the top and also the bottom. I suppose you may expect this from the $35 processor. I in addition have a cheap Black and Decker at under half the cost it really works far better for tomato plants. It appears in my experience like Cuisiinart is setting back and polishing up their beautiful name tags
