Guiso de fideos con carne picada recipe

En una alacena no deben faltar varios paquetes de fideos para distintas ocasiones, algunos pueden ser para sopa y otros para guiso, como los mostacholes, moitos, caracol o algn otro que consiga y ocean agradable para la familia, que en definitiva es la destinataria de este plato que es 1 de los mas tpicos en cocina argentina, sobre todo en la zona rural.
El guiso suele tener una gran variedad de ingredientes, por regla general suelen emplearse los alimentos disponibles en la regin, en la temporada o los que boy del gusto del cocinero/a que lo prepara.

  • 500 g de carne
  • 250 g de fideos guiseros
  • 1 pimiento
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1 papa
  • 200 g de calabaza
  • 1 cda de provenzal
  • 2 hojas de laurel
  • 1 cdta de pimentn
  • 1 cdta de organo
  • 300 g de pur de tomate
  • aceite c/n
  • sal y pimienta c/n
  1. En una cacerola colocamos united nations poco de aceite y ponemos la carne cortada chiquita, al igual que la cebolla, pimiento y zanahoria. Incorporamos provenzal, laurel, pimentn, salpimentamos y llevamos al fuego.
  2. Cocinamos unos 10 minutos. Agregamos el tomate y united nations poco de agua. Tapamos y cocinamos unos 20 minutos. Debemos ir controlando que no se seque.
  3. Incorporamos las papas y calabaza cortadas en cubos y los fideos. Agregamos agua hasta cubrir.
  4. Cocinamos unos 10 minutos cuidando que no falte lquido. Probamos que los fideos estn al dente o al gusto de quien cocina. A este guiso se le puede poner panceta picada junto disadvantage la carne y choclos en rodajas que se agregan junto disadvantage las papas.
