Nice batter. needs a bit more seasoning though in my taste pepper, etc. however the batter held to the fish just like a pro! (Used to do allow it to soak for around ten minutes as the oil was warming up)
It was scrumptious! I'd just below one pound of catfish nuggets and consumed all the batter. The fish was perfectly cooked. I chose to make this as written however if you simply wanted, you can most likely give a little pepper or something like that to include flavor into it. i offered with tartar sauce and oven fries (did not wish to exaggerate the foods that are fried factor). This catfish made an incredible additon to tonights meal. Everyone loved it. I bending all the ingredients since i had 2 pounds of catfish nuggets. It truly constitutes a lot, it might have given a minimum of 5 individuals with good appetites. We offered it with fried potatoes obviously. Basically had my drothers, I'd then add red pepper or red pepper flakes towards the batter then add heat. Apart from the doubling, I did not change a factor. I believe the prep there was a time fine however the cooking is more than 20 minutes, obviously I made three batches inside a large electric skillet.
