Directions
Preparation: 45 min › Prepare: 20 min › Ready in: one hour 5 min
- To help make the surf sauce melt butter and stir in garlic clove - prepare for just two mins, do not let garlic clove to brown. Adding flour, stirring constantly & prepare for any minute approximately then whisk in wine having a hands whisk.
- Heat gradually, whisking whole time to help keep sauce smooth, gradually adding milk until all used (use less or even more based on thickness). Heat and whisking, simmer until it's towards the thickness you need. Then stir within the cream, herbs and seasonings. Restore to simmer and produce to consistency you want. Adding prawns and simmer until prawns are cooked.
- To help make the mashed potato boil the potato and yams till tender, then mash along with the seasonings. Stir within the milk and butter until smooth.
- For that asparagus and boil or steam the asparagus until tender/crisp - about a few minutes approximately, based on their size - then toss through seasonings & essential olive oil. Keep your mashed taters and also the asparagus warm.
- When you are prepared to eat prepare the steaks for your taste medium rare is better obviously! I love to BBQ them as they possibly can be cooked at the same time and that i like the chargrill taste.
- To put together convey a dollop of mash within the center of every plate and lay 4 spears of asparagus aside of every. Put the steak around the mash and ladle over some prawn sauce - just as much or less than you want truly half a ladleful of sauce with 6/7 prawns each individual is nice.
