Ingredients
- → coriander seeds - cumin seeds pdr 2 Teaspoons.
- → turmeric pdr 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → garam masala 1 Teaspoons.
- → tomato plants 2 Big.
- → onions 2 Big.
- → garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
- → ginger root paste 1 Teaspoons.
- → butter two to three Tablespoons.
- → kabuli chanas(chick peas) 1 Cup.
- → salt To Taste.
- → coriander leaves for garnishing .
- → red chilly pdr 1 Teaspoons.
Directions
Soak chick peas overnight or not less than eight to ten hrs. Try taking some butter inside a oven. Add some chopped onions, ginger root paste amp garlic clove paste amp saute till onions turn transparent. Add some chopped tomato plants. Stir it for a while. Add some turmeric pdr, coriander - cumin pdr, salt, garam masala, chilly pdr amp mix well. Add some kabuli chana amp add water so that all of the ingredients are correctly drenched. Pressure prepare up until the chick peas is cooked. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
