4 chopped tomato plants, either fresh or canned
1 mediterranean.-size chopped onion
one or two cloves chopped or sliced garlic clove
1 tablespoons of. fresh chopped parsley or 1/4 teaspoon. dried parsley
Oil
1. Brown garlic clove in a tiny bit of oil. Remove from pan and hang aside.
2. Increase the oil if required and saute the onion until tender.
3. Add some tomato plants, return the garlic clove towards the pan, add parsley, salt to taste and a tiny bit of water if required. Simmer covered until tomato plants are cooked, about fifteen minutes.
Tomato sauce mixture
1/2 eco-friendly pepper, reduce pieces
1 c. pork pieces
1 (3 inch) piece chorizo or 1 sweet Italian sausage reduce slices
1 mediterranean.-size chopped onion
1 c. grain
4. Fry sausage and pork inside a pan big enough to carry the grain afterwards. Then take them off in the pan and saute the onion until soft.
5. Remove a few of the fat if required and stir within the grain. Toss it within the pan for any minute, adding 2 1/2 cups water and salt to taste. Return the sausage, pork and onions and prepare before the grain is completed, about 25 minutes.
6. Fry the eco-friendly peppers. At serving time, place them on the top from the grain, making a space in the heart of the grain for that sauce, or serve the sauce individually.
