Zutaten

  • 400 g Zwiebeln
  • 400 g Tomaten aus der Dose
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • 2 EL Olivenl
  • 400 g Rindergulasch
  • 400 g Schweinegulasch
  • 2 TL edelser Paprika
  • 250 ml Rotwein
  • 1 EL Tomatenmark
  • TL Kmmel
  • TL Majoran
  • 1 TL abgeriebene Zitronenschale
  • Pfeffer
  • Salz
  • 2 Kartoffeln

Zubereitung
Zubereitung: 20 Minuten › Kochzeit: 1 Stunde 45 Minuten › Fertig in: 2 Stunden 5 Minuten

  1. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch fein hacken. Tomaten in Stcke schneiden.
  2. l in einem Topf erhitzen und Zwiebeln 5 Minuten glasig anbraten, dann living room Knoblauch dazu. Fleisch dazu und Deckel drauf, 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten, dabei ab und zu umrhren.
  3. Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika dazu. Bei mittlerer Hitze und offenem Topf weiterkochen, bis die Flssigkeit verdampft ist. Durch Rotwein ablschen.
  4. 1 l Wasser dazugieen. Im geschlossenen Topf 60 Minuten kochen. Tomaten und Tomatenmark dazu, 10 Minuten weiterkochen und etwas Flssigkeit nachgieen.
  5. Kartoffeln schlen und fein wrfeln. Durch living room Gewrzen in living room Topf geben und nochmal 20 Minuten kochen. Durch Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika abschmecken.
