Ingredients
Cashew powder 1 Cup (16 tbsp .)
Powdered sugar 34 Cup (12 tbsp .)
Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Saffron stands 12 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon
Silver leaf 2 Gram (Optional)

Directions
MAKING
1. Inside a heavy bottomed pan, heat ghee on medium heat.
2. Inside a bowl mix the cashew powder and sugar perfectly.

3. Add some mixture in to the melted ghee and stir on medium heat for around 2 minutes before the sugar is melted and made available to the cashews.
4. Create a well within the center, add water and saffron stands and blend well.
5. Keep stirring continuously on low to medium heat till all of the water is evaporated.
6. Spread onto an ungreased plate evenly to at least oneOr4 inch thickness and smoothen at first glance.

SERVING
