Sugar Paste Recipe
Ingredients
500g fondant
1 tspn CMC (or tylose)
1/3 tspn egg white-colored (or powdered egg white-colored, reconstituted while using directions provided)
2 tspns cream of tartar
1/4 tspn glycerin (optional)
Method
- Knead the fondant to release slightly
- Include one remaining component at any given time and knead in completely
