HGK's Pumpkin Cake Birthday Treat
1 frozen blueberry
2 big handfuls fresh green spinach
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 smallish dates
1 cup nut milk of your liking
1 Tablespoons of ground flaxseed
8 ice

1/2 cantaloupe- We frequently freeze cantaloupe in chunks when it's in a good cost, and employ if for smoothies once we would like them.
