Gizzard 1 kg
Liver kg
Eco-friendly Chiles 4
Coriander bunch
Oil cup
Tomato plants 250 gms
Allspice Powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
Ginger root Garlic clove Paste 1 tablespoons of
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons of
Salt as needed

METHOD:

Heat oil, add fry ginger root, garlic clove paste and fry. Add crushed red chili. cumin seeds and salt. Now add tomato plants and gizzard and canopy it to prepare ten to fifteen minutes. Add chopped liver, eco-friendly chili and prepare on high flame. When water dries, sprinkle allspice powder. coriander leaves, and fresh lemon juice. Switch off the stove. Scrumptious kaleji and potay ka salan is prepared.
