- 3 eggs, gently beaten 2 eco-friendly
- 250 gm mince
- chilies, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- salt to taste
- oil for frying

- Place flour inside a large mixing bowl.
- Add baking powder and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of water making a smooth paste.
- Add mince, eco-friendly chilies, coriander leaves, chili powder, turmeric and salt.
- Mix well.
- Keep aside for one hour,
- Heat oil inside a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop a couple of spoon filled with batter at any given time.
- Fry Pakoras for ten minutes or until crispy and brown.
- Remove in the oil and drain in writing towel.
- Sprinkle chaat Masala.
- Keema Puff Pakora is able to serve. ENJOY!!
- Serve with mint Chutney.
