Tomato plants steamed 3
Eco-friendly chilies 4
Coriander leaves bunch
Crushed red pepper 1 tablespoons of
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
All spice powder teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 teaspoon
Ginger root garlic clove paste 2 tablespoons of
Salt to taste
Oil cup
• Heat cup oil inside a wok, include 2 chopped onion and saut till golden brown.
• Now add 2 tablespoons of ginger root garlic clove paste and kg beef mince, fry perfectly till water dries. Adding 3 chopped tomato plants, 4 chopped eco-friendly chilies, couple of chopped mint leaves, 1 tablespoons of crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, teaspoon all spice powder and salt to taste.fry perfectly.
• Lastly add couple of coriander leaves, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves. Dish it and serve hot.
