Resepi Butter Cream/ButterCream Sedap Dan Senang Dibentuk

Assalamualaikum.
Ini merupakan percubaan pertama saya mendeko kek.Dalam hati memang dah lama teringin nak mendeko tapi takut hancurr jerr sebab memang dah tau dasar keras tangan hahaha.Tapi hati dah nekad kena cuba gak..lagipun buat ni untuk makan2 jer..bukan besday ke apa..Kalau kek besday tak menjadi mau nangis tuan badan besday kan?
Lama gak la saya dok gugel cari resepi yang sedap dan senang nak lepa dan bentuk.Maklumlah kalau yang zero ni kenalah cari yang senang2 dulu.Sudahnya jumpa kat myR..Memang sedap rcp Butter cream ni.Menjadi gak percubaan pertama saya ni.Deko tak cantik itu cerita lain.Tuan yang buat tu tak berseni hahaha..

RESEPI BUTTER CREAM

Bahan-bahan ( sebiji kek )

  • 250 gm butter/shortening (kalau nak icing putih lebih tahan panas, guna shortening. tapi, kalau nak lebih sedap, baik guna butterlah) Lina pg guna shortening
  • 125 gm marvello/supertact/krimwell (benda2 ni cari kat kedai bahan kek. takde marvello, guna supertact, takde supertact, guna krimwell) Lina pg gn krim well
  • 125 gm gula aising (kena ayak dulu supaya tak berketul2) Lina pg gn 1 cawan gula icing

Cara-cara

  1. Pukul butter + marvello hingga putih Ayak gula aising, masukkan ke dlm butter, pukul lg hingga kembang dan putih. Suaikan warna utk hiasan kek.
  2. TIPS. pukul dengan kelajuan minima. makan masalah sket, tapi, insyaallah, icingnya nanti lebih cantik mudah dilepa.
