One factor which might alarm you when looking upon recption menus may be the prices. The costs are virtually Singapore standard, that was an immediate switch off for me personally. This Original Fruit Tea is a good example of the inflated prices that may expect. Getting stated my piece concerning the prices, I have to admit this drink was pretty scrumptious. It had been an ideal mixture of sweet and sour fruity flavours, having a smooth texture. This 'tea' includes three simple ingredients - Pineapple, apple and lemon. After ordering the Assam Laksa. I had been quite stunned whenever a gigantic bowl showed up to the table. The portion size with this laksa is actually too big - For me. I can not help but think serving sizes such as this may lead to numerous food wastage. Overall it was not even close to the very best assam laksa I have had. The gravy was too watery and lacked the depth in flavour that the excellent laksa must have. I would suggest eating the assam laksa at Luk Yea Yan (Penang) - Far better quality, and something third the cost.
Cost: RM15.90. 6/10
Conclusion - The apparent disadvantage to this restaurant may be the cost. I merely did not discover the service, ambiance or food quality worth the costs which are listed. Malaysia is really a country where one can bypass and enjoyed excellent food for little money - Therefore it begs the issue, why would I am going to Beyond Veggie and pay these prices? If you're visiting though, the initial tea and veggie roll were pretty decent.

Hi Luke, I believe you've underrated this. I've just attempted out a branch in KL area. The cost is high however i think is alright for this sort of establishment. Actually, basically would become SG dollar, it's about exactly the same range we are able to enter Singapore. The pasta which i purchased what food was in least scrumptious and enormous in portion. And something more factor is they have some of branches in large departmental stores, which turns out to be very convenient. )

We simply issue of disagreement is whether or not your meals are worth that cost or otherwise. For me, the meals didn't strike me as anything special, and never well worth the cost. Yes, the portion is big, uunnecessarily large. I'd rather the portion and cost both be reduced in dimensions. Food is about personal opinion/preference in the finish during the day, though.
