Preparation
Break the chocolates into pieces. Chop the mixed nuts.
Method
- 1 To help make the sauce, place the chocolate, caster sugar, from the double cream and 10ml warm water per serving inside a heavy-based pan. Stir on the gentle heat before the chocolate has melted then put aside to awesome.
- 2 Disseminate the nuts on the baking sheet and put within hot grill until golden. Leave to awesome.
- 3 Put the peaches inside a bowl and canopy with boiling water. Leave for five minutes, drain and refresh under cold flowing water.
- 4 Carefully peel the skins.
- 5 Halve the peaches, take away the gemstones, then reduce wedges. Reserve and hang aside 2 slices per serving.
- 6 Whip the rest of the cream into soft peaks.
- 7 Arrange half the peaches in sundae glasses and top having a scoop of frozen treats in every.
- 8 Drizzle on the little sauce and sprinkle having a couple of nuts.
- 9 Top with all of those other peaches, two scoops of frozen treats, more sauce and sprinkle over more nuts.
- 10 Finish using the whipped cream and 2 peach slices per serving.
- 11 Pour within the remaining sauce and sprinkle with all of those other nuts.
