Simple and easy , scrumptious fresh coconut ladoo with jaggery.
Method:
- Inside a pan or kadai dry roast sesame until it might be and begins to pop keep aside. Add grated coconut, jaggery and prepare on slow flame with regular stirring until jaggery melts and jackets coconut. Keep cooking in slow flame before the mixture becomes almost dry.

- Add cardamom powder, ghee, sesame seeds and blend well to mix everything well.
- Transfer the mix to some plate or bowl and permit to awesome, once the mixture remains slightly warm take gooseberry size mixture, press and roll to shape directly into ladoo or round ball, repeat same for remainder of mixture.

- Cardamom powder adds good flavor towards the ladoos so don't skip it.
- For vegan version, you are able to skip the ghee totally, this ladoo comes good without ghee too.
