Kosher loti bengali recipe of payesh

1 lt (about 4 1/4 cups) dairy
1/2 cup basmati grain (drenched not less than 1 hour)
10-12 cashew nuts
1 tablespoons of raisins
1 bay leaf
4 eco-friendly cardamoms
2 brown cardamoms

Bring the milk to some boil inside a pan. Add some bay leaves and eco-friendly cardamoms and let boil further for 8-ten minutes on medium heat. When 3/4 from the milk remains, add some drenched grain, cashew nuts and raisins.
