- Wash and wipe bitter gourds,slice them into thin models.Then add salt and turmeric powder into it and blend well,let it rest aside for 30 minutes and squeeze water from this and aside.

- You can include roasted sesame seed powder in the finish, it adds nice taste to fry.
- Adding sugar is optional,however i recommend for doing things.
