I loved the flavour from the chutney and requested her the recipe from the chutney. The recipe is really easy and i attempted it yesterday coupled with it with dosas. Tomato 3
Garlic clove 4-5
Red Chilli 3-4
Salt When needed
Oil 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves Couple of(Optional)
- Inside a pan add oil and throw at a negative balance chilli and garlic clove pods. Saute these questions low flame up until the garlic clove becomes roasted.
- Remove it and aside.
- Cut the tomato plants roughly. Within the same pan add it and saute them till mushy. Take care not to burn it.
