1/2 pack of Concord Ragi sevai
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon blackgram dal
1/2 teaspoon bengalgram dal

Couple of curry leaves

Add boiling water towards the ragi sevai till it will get dipped. Keep covered for 2 minutes and drain all of the water. Allow it to awesome for 5 minutes.
