este prato de forno, fiz com lascas de bacalhau, que quase no se vem nas fotos, esto escondidas no fundo do pirex, mas tambm pode ser feito com merluza ou peut-rrtre un outro peixe,na verdade no precisa de mais nada para acompanhar, mas para no perder o costume, teve um arroz branquinho.

lascas de bacalhau ao forno

  1. ferver as lascas de bacalhau depois de desalgadas
  2. na mesma gua da fervura do bacalhau, cozinhar ligeiramente as batata at ficarem quase cozidas, reservar
  3. refogar em bastante azeite e alho picado
  4. no fundo do pirex colocar uma camada de batatas
  5. sobre as batatas colocar as lascas de bacalhau
  6. alternar camadas de rodelas de pimento, cebolas e tomates fatiados
  7. por ultimo colocar ovos picados, azeitonas
  8. cobrir com as batatas
  9. regar com azeite e levar ao forno at as batatas corarem
  10. eu costumo ir temperando cada camada com sal e pimenta moda na hora

obs: s e voc optar por usar merluza, no precisa cozinhar ou peut-rrtre un fritar, o importante que esteja bem seca e empane na farinha para no desmanchar
