I know I publish large amount of stir fry recipe however they are very handy recipe whenever you don't seem like cooking or perhaps in a hurry it's really a saver, specifically after returning home from office I break my mind things to prepare easy fast and individuals days these types of simple recipe really save my time and effort. This is among my personal favorite stir fry, during our school days a normal lunch box together with roti or paratha along with a pity which i never really did this mixture. So sooner or later I believed things to make and all of a sudden I figured of the aloo pyaaz ki bhujia, it is so easy and yet to tasty. Though allow me to warn you its highly additive oh ya you will get hooked on an easy stir fry too. don’t always need to be an expensive dish )
Potato - 2 Large
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli - 2 damaged
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
1. Peel, wash and cut the potato lengthwise and slice the onion.
2. Heat oil n a pan/wok, add cumin seeds and permit spluttering, add damaged red chilli and saut until brown.
3. Now add potato mix well and prepare in medium to slow flame until potato is half cooked takes around 5-7 minutes in slow flame, stir in times.
4. Add onion and saut until it might be transparent. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well.
5. Prepare until potato will get fully cooked. From the flame and canopy the pan allow it to take a few minutes before you decide to dig in.
Goes well with roti or any kind of paratha, variety grain or rasam/sambar/dal grain.
