  • 75 ml air pandan wangi
  • 1 sdm cake emulsifier
  • 125 gr tepung terigu
  • 20 gr tepung bubuk
  • garam secukupnya
  • 50 ml santan kental
  • 2 sdm pasta pandan
Cara Membuat Bolu Gulung Pandan Srikaya
  1. Kocok putih telur, gula, air pandan wangi, cake emulsifier hingga kental dan mengembang. Masukan tepung terigu, susu garam, santan dan pasta pandan, aduk hingga rata
  2. Tuang adonan ke dalam 2 buah loyang 26 x 26 x 4 cm yang telah diolesi margarin dan dilapisi kertas roti. Kukus selama 15 menit, angkat, keluarkan dari loyang dan dinginkan.
  3. Srikaya pandan. Campur santan, air pandan, gula, tepung, maizena, telur, garam, daun pandan dan pasta pandan aduk hingga rata. Kukus selama 30 menit, angkat. Kocok srikaya dengan kecepatan sedang hingga halus.
  4. Olesi kue dengan srikaya pandan, gulung padat sajikan.
