Bottle gourd curry. lauki sabzi or dudhi sabji is one thing I which make more with bottle gourd apart from the dal. This lauki sabzi is extremely easy, easy and created using minimal ingredients also it goes well with roti, paratha or with dal-grain, rasam-grain etc. Normally I get this to dudhi sabzi with roti or when I wish to make simple lunch i then allow it to be with dal-grain combo. This really is typical Uttar Pradesh type of sabzi made as with the house however i did mention couple of variations in notes which you'll try too.
I've made in this manner but you may also add milk when bottle gourd will get cooked with no water left it can make the curry very creamy and produce it to any or all new level. You can include red chili powder, onion etc to suite your taste too so that you can see we are able to customize the recipe however if you simply follow just generate income made it happen taste yummy too easy and scrumptious to create a satisfying meal. This time around I paired it along Mango Dal, grain for any comfy Saturday lunch which is additionally a no onion no garlic clove recipe :).
