SCOMA’S LAZY MAN’S CIOPPINO
(Serves 4 – 6 people)

INGREDIENTS
14 cup essential olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic clove
1 large white-colored or yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup dry white-colored wine
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh tulsi, chopped
2 cups fish stock or clam juice
6 glasses of your preferred tomato sauce
1 lb rock cod reduce 1 cubes
1.5 lbs Manila clams
12oz prawns (deveined and peeled)
1 lb cooked crab meat
8oz bay shrimp
12oz scallops
Pepper and salt
PROCEDURE
- Heat essential olive oil over medium heat and prepare garlic clove for just one minute.
- Add some onions and allow them to sweat for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Turn heat to high and add some wine to deglaze. Prepare for just two-3 minutes (or until reduced in two) then reduce heat to medium.
- Add fresh oregano and tulsi.
- Add some tomato sauce and produce to some boil.
- Gradually add fish, shellfish, and shrimp meat.
- Bring the cioppino to a boil and simmer for five-7 minutes or until all of the sea food is cooked.
- Add cooked crab meat.
- Thin the cioppino the way you like with fish stock or clam juice.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt pepper.
- Serve inside a large bowl with fresh sourdough bread and revel in!

This dish is really a natural with many types of pasta for example linguine, angel hair, fettuccini or penne.
