- 6 sausages
- 6 slices smoked or unsmoked bacon
- 1 swede, peeled and chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 leeks, chopped
- 1 tin tomato plants
- tomato puree
- herbs for example paprika and mixed herbs
- two tablespoons plain flour
- 1 beef OXO® cube, crumbled
- 300ml (1/2pt) water

Method

- Brown the sausages and also the bacon underneath the grill. Add some sausage, bacon and all sorts of veg to some slow oven or Pyrex dish.
- Add some tomato plants and puree towards the dish stir. Devote a jug the herbs, the flour and also the OXO cube and stir before sprinkling within the bacon, sausages and veg.
- Add some water and stir, ensuring the flour is not stuck towards the sides.
- Placed on the lid and prepare within the slow oven prepare on High for three or four hrs or Low for 9 hrs. Alternatively, bake within the oven, covered, 200 C / Gas 6, for just two hrs.
- Serve with mash or jacket taters. Enjoy :)
Tip
When the mixture is simply too runny adding more flour towards the mixture. Whether it becomes to thick add a bit more water.
