Resepi ayam goreng kunyit yang simple dan sedap. Sesuai dihidangkan bersama sambal belacan, pasti lazat sekali

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 300g ayam, bahagian dada
  • 4 batang kacang panjang, potong 2 inci
  • 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
  • 2 senduk minyak masak
  • 1 biji bawang besar, hiris nipis
  • 2 ulas bawang putih, hiris nipis
  • 1 biji bawang merah, hiris nipis
  • 1 biji cili merah, hiris nipis

Cara Penyediaan:

  1. Potong dada ayam kepada kiub kecil. Gaulkan dengan serbuk kunyit dan sedikit garam. Perap selama 5 minit.
  2. Panaskan minyak dan goreng dada ayam di atas api yang besar. Kacau dengan kerap supaya tidak mudah keras dan hangus. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah. Teruskan mengacau.
  3. Apabila ayam hampir masak masukkan cili merah, bawang besar dan kacang panjang. Taburkan dengan sedikit gula.Kacau selama 1 minit, angkat dan hidang.

Jangan goreng terlalu lama kerana isi ayam akan menjadi keras.
