A great egg foo yung recipe - I have didn't have much luck obtaining the patties to remain together, however these formed up very nicely. Used to do play one more egg compared to the recipe. I have not loved Egg Foo Yung from restaurants, but my hubby has began causeing this to be recipe, and that i like it. He does not mix the meat and veggies in to the eggs, but flows the eggs in to the pan and drops the meat/veggie mixture into the top "pancake" before he flips it. It is usually beautiful and scrumptious.
