They were quite good! I added about 1/4 cup flax meal instead of the flour. My DH usually complains after i do that, but he did not even notice. The sweetness from the pancakes is ideal for adding additional grain types. I'll most likely alter this later on, but it is an excellent base recipe. I capped having a blueberry/splenda topping, also it was fantastic. Appreciate the truly amazing recipe!
