“Okonomiyaki at Umeda Sky Building”

Since every Osaka food list has okonomiyaki close to the top, we obviously needed to try it out. We'd eaten another version in Fukuoka which was created using noodles, but apparently the Osaka style is sort of a pancake with cabbage because the base. Kiji appeared to appear on lots of websites, therefore we tried it out once we were within the Osaka station area. We was clueless that which shop was Kiji, therefore we requested another merchant who nicely escorted us towards the door.
The area is very small, with only a couple of seats in the cooking bar along with a couple of tables. I heard many advantages of Osaka and it is amazing okinomiyaki.
It had been really pretty decent, but wasn't as much as my expectations. It had been a little too raw egg for me personally I favor mine a bit more cooked and that i left it around the griddle extra. Type of wiped out the remainder of it.
I additionally had the yakisoba, however it does not rival fujinomiya style. Overall, this is an interesting place with sketches and cards everywhere, however i think the very best Osaka okonomiyaki I have had. Although not overwhelmed.
