My boy and that i made these in my husband for Fathers Day (September first) he loved them! I made use of small button mushrooms and can make these again, very creamy in texture, thank you for posting.

It was good, very filling. I loved it, however i did not like it. I saw something according to this offered in a good B&B, though. I made use of white-colored and cremini mushrooms. This is actually four servings though--my hubby & I'd it for supper and switched it into three servings, that we don't recommend. (Like alfredo, it will get just a little redundant when you have had greater than you need to.) Also, I figured it lacked depth--basically had any nutmeg, I would've added it towards the eggs, because nutmeg goes very well with eggs.
