Ingredients and directions:
cup diced bacon
cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic clove
cup sliced mushrooms
1 pound hamburger
2 cups cooked tomato plants (or 28 oz. canned)
1 tbls. minced parsley
1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon. salt
3 quarts boiling water
1 tbls. salt
8 ounces lengthy macaroni
Cheese – grated for topping
Brown bacon in skillet. Add onion and garlic clove. Prepare and stir about 5 minutes. Remove garlic clove. Add mushrooms and meat. Prepare about ten minutes or until meat browns, entering small pieces. Add tomato plants, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon salt. Let simmer about 1 hrs, stirring from time to time.
Inside a separate pan, add 1 tablespoon salt to positively boiling water. Progressively add macaroni and simmer. Boil until tender (about ten minutes), stirring from time to time. Drain and put the macaroni on serving platter. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
