  • Yeast
  • London Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1028) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for an hour.

Single infusion mash. Add hops and irish moss at occasions indicated. Awesome and pitch yeast.

Corn sugar is perfect for bottle priming.

Hold in primary fermentor for fourteen days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Let it carbonate and age for fourteen days.
