Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe Shireen Anwar:

Carrots grated 2 kg
Sugar 1 cup
Eco-friendly cardamom 10
Melted ghee cup
Khoya 500 gm or 2 cups
Almonds and pistachio 4 tablespoons of sliced

Inside a pan add carrots and sugar, mix well together with your hands include crushed cardamom, prepare covered till water dries adding cup melted ghee, fry well for ten minutes till water dries completely, remove from fire include crushed khoya and immediately place the halva on the top of khoya, let it rest for fifteen minutes, mix well and serve.
