STUFFING MEATLOAF
Best meatloaf ever.
1 package Stovetop Stuffing mix, dry
1 c. tepid to warm water
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package onion soup mix
Preheat oven 350°. Coat within bundt pan with cooking spray.
Place tepid to warm water, onion soup mix and dry stuffing add a bowl. Mix well. Let take a few minutes to permit bread time for you to absorb water.
Add eggs and hamburger. Mix well. Best to have it blended with your hands and incorporating it altogether.
Place evenly into bundt pan. You may also put in muffin tins to create individual loafs.
Bake one hour or until no more pink inside.
Remove and permit to relax a few minutes before cutting into.
