Frikadeller

  • 300 g hakket svinekd (ca. 12% fedt)
  • tsk groft salt
  • 1 spsk fintrevet zittauerlg
  • 1 g
  • 1 dl mlk
  • 4 spsk hvedemel
  • friskkvrnet peber

Mormors brune sauce

  • 15 g smr
  • 2 spsk hvedemel
  • 4 dl mlk eller bouillon
  • tsk groft salt
  • friskkvrnet peber
  • kulr

Tilbehør

  • 1 kg kogte kartofler
  • 600 g letkogte grntsager, forex grnne bnner eller gulerdder

Fremgangsmåde:

Frikadeller

Rør det hakkede kød mediterranean salt, til farsen er sej i ca. 1 min. Tilsæt løg og æg. Tilsæt mælken lidt efter lidt og rør til sidst mel i. Stil farsen tildækket i køleskabet i ca. ½ time. Steg frikadellerne i smør i en pande.

Mormors brune sauce

Smelt smørret i en gryde. Tilsæt melet og pisk, til det er opsuget i smørret og opbagningen har taget lidt farve. Tilsæt væsken 1/3 ad gangen, pisk konstant. Kog saucen igennem i ca 5 min. Smag til mediterranean salt, peber og tilsæt kulør efter behag.

Server de nystegte frikadeller sammen mediterranean kartofler, grøntsager og sauce.
